Operations Specialist

Operation specialists are front facing staffs who will help coordinate all new and existing enquiries through different stages. A bright and enthusiastic person to handle all issues in relation of handover of vehicles to autoquote.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft excel
• Customer oriented character
• Assist Operation teams in forecast and planning
• Able to multitask at during peak hours
• Able to meet short notice deadlines

Appraisal Specialist

Car appraisal specialist are off site surveyers whom help autoquote determine the condition of the car and to grade it in accordance standards. A customer oriented and sharp eye is required to identify all faults within a time frame and to most accurately submit the grading of all cars.

Requirements:

• Past Experiences in Automotive Mechanical and Electronics
• Proficient in software skills
• Customer oriented skills
• Assist technical team in enhancing standards of grading and evaluation
• Able to complete surveying within allocated time
• Familiar with Singapore roads an added advantage
