Term & Conditions
1 Auto Co. Pte Ltd ("Autoquote") shall offer its quotation service via site (“Autoquote.sg”) upon the terms and conditions as listed below ("Terms & Conditions") to each user.
Users of site are defined by “Private users”, “Dealer users” and “Dealer bidders”.
The Autoquote quotation services shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions.
Private users (Terms & Conditions)
Private users are non-car dealer users registered via site.
Private users have agreed to provide basic details of the registered owner’s UEN/NRIC last 3 digits and character (XXXX), vehicle registration number, email, name, mileage information, images of the car and mobile number for the purpose of retrieving vehicle information for the purpose of vehicle quotation.
Quotation price quoted are only valid upon acceptance before the expiry of the quotation timer.
Private users shall indemnify Autoquote from any breach of copyrighted photos used provided via site for the purpose of quotation. Users must not use watermarked photos copied from other websites.
Autoquote provides price quotation for the vehicle based on the basic information provided Private user. Final quotation may change upon evaluation based on actual condition of the vehicle.
Private users have rights to reject and requote at any point of time before the final quotation and signing of sales agreement.
Private users are limited to 3 different submissions (3 different vehicles) per every calendar month. Reset of submission count will happen on 1st day every calendar month. <
Private users shall honour the sales upon acceptance of the final quotation and signing of the purchase agreement.
If the car dealer fails to take delivery of vehicle after acceptance and signing of purchase agreement, Autoquote will compensate a sum of not more than S$1000.00 for the cancellation.
Any delays in handover date shall be appealed in form of official writing. Autoquote reserves the right to reject or seek compensation due to the delay.
Any cancellation of the purchase agreement by the private user will result in compensation of double of the deposit paid to Autoquote
Autoquote reserves the right to refuse any expired quotation or start any new quotation should there be evidence of breach in any of Autoquote conditions.
Upon submission of Autoquote’s online form, you have agreed with our terms and conditions.
Dealer Users (Terms & Conditions)
Dealer users are registered car dealer users registered via site for the purpose of quotation enquiry.
Dealer users have agreed to provide basic details of UEN/NRIC last 3 digits and character (XXXX), vehicle registration number, email, name, mileage information, images of the car and mobile number for the purpose of retrieving vehicle information for the purpose of vehicle quotation.
Dealer user shall indemnify Autoquote from any breach of copyrighted photos used provided via our site for the purpose of quotation. Users must not use watermarked photos copied from other websites.
Autoquote provides quotation for the vehicle based on the information initially provided. Final quotation may change upon evaluation based on actual condition of the vehicle.

Dealer users are limited to 10 different submissions (10 different cars) per every calendar month. Reset of submission count will happen on 1st day every calendar month.
Dealer users shall honour the sales upon acceptance of the final quotation and signing of the purchase agreement.
If the car dealer(“bidder”) fails to take delivery of vehicle after acceptance and signing of purchase agreement, Autoquote will compensate a sum of not more than S$1000.00 for the cancellation.
Any delays in handover date shall be appealed in form of official writing. Autoquote reserves the right to reject or seek compensation due to the delay.
Any cancellation of the purchase agreement by the dealer user will result in compensation of double of the deposit paid to Autoquote.
Autoquote reserves the right to refuse any expired quotation or start any new quotation should there be evidence of breach in any of Autoquote “Private user” conditions.

Dealer Bidder (Terms & Conditions)
Dealer bidder (“Bidder”) are registered car dealer users registered with the site administrator for the purpose of being a quotation provider.
Dealer bidder agrees to provide and honour each bid provided until the expiry of the quotation’s timer.
Failure to honour the bids will result in penalties deem right by Autoquote.
Dealer bidders are not obliged to provide quotation for all cars. However, it is under Autoquote’s right to provide access to bidder’s account should there be prolong non activity.
Dealer bidder provides quotation for the vehicle based on the information initially provided by the user.
Dealer bidder are allowed unlimited change in bid price during the bidding process and before expiry of quotation timer.
Dealer bidder’s final quotation value change is allowed upon receiving final evaluation report based on actual condition of the vehicle.
Autoquote will reject any bids provided after the expiry of the quotation’s timer.
Dealer bidder shall honour the sales upon acceptance of the final quotation and signing of the purchase agreement.
If the Dealer bidder(“bidder”) fails to take delivery of vehicle after acceptance and signing of purchase agreement, dealer bidder shall compensate an amount of S$2000.00 to Autoquote.
Any delays in handover date shall be appealed in form of official writing. Autoquote reserves the right to reject or seek compensation due to the delay caused and storage charges incurred.
Autoquote reserves the right to refuse access to any dealer bidder should there be evidence of breach in any of Autoquote “dealer bidder” conditions.
Upon submission of Autoquote’s bids, you have agreed with our “Bidder” terms and conditions.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Autoquote, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, suppliers, licensors, shareholders, officers, employees, independent contractors and agents and all successors and/or assigns from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, damages, losses, costs and expenses resulting from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your Content; (c) any use of your Account; (d) your breach of these Terms; (e) your breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law; or (f) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You hereby agree that the laws of Singapore shall govern these Terms and that the courts of Singapore shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
